At High Intent Data, our products are digital and delivered instantly, which means they cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. For that reason, all sales are final.
However, we stand behind the accuracy and quality of our data. If you experience an issue, we are here to help.
Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not offer refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of decision
• Misunderstanding of how the data is used
• Failure to achieve a specific outcome (ex: sales, appointments, ROAS)
Stripe requires that digital products are treated as non-returnable, and by purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
We will gladly provide replacement data in the following situations:
• A portion of your data file is missing or corrupted
• A technical issue prevented a successful file delivery
• You receive duplicate contacts beyond the allowed threshold
• You receive a list that does not match the niche/criteria you purchased
In these cases, we will re-send or replace the affected portion of your order at no additional cost.
To process a replacement request, we may require:
• Order email address
• Invoice number
• Screenshots of the issue (if applicable)
• A brief description of what needs to be corrected
This helps us provide the fastest possible resolution.
All digital data purchases are delivered via email and/or downloadable link.
Once a file has been delivered or accessed, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product may result in:
• Revocation of access to future data drops
• Permanent account closure
• Submission of dispute evidence to Stripe, including file logs, delivery proof, and communication history
